True, it's nearly imposible to find a weapon/shield that you like if it's not among the "20K/100K+XX group". I've heard it more than once lately from guildies that they can't find the stuff they want. And it's also nowhere to be found on guru/auctions or searching the sell-forum.

Don't use ursan then. Problem solved. I bet you never heard that before.

God hints at Male, however God is a correct term for a female who is a God too.

This is what happens when you take the VALUE of items out of the game (Anet making everything easily obtainable) and the hardcore farmers quit farming or quit the game completely and then you have to rely on CASUAL farmers for the items you want and don't want to farm for. Thus since the farming population changed from hardcore to casual you will have a DECREASE in the amount of quality items you are looking for to be in the marketplace because those casual farmers are KEEPING those items for themselves or their heroes now. You have to remember hardcore play these types of games 24/7 whereas a casual farmer might play the game 2-4 hours/week, thus a big loss in game equipment showing up in the markets until they deck themselves out and their heroes.

The problem with that solution is that almost every group for UW/FoW/DoA/nearly anything HM is ursanway. You're basically limited to guildies/heroes for anything non-ursan, when no one is online or not wanting to do FoW/etc, its ursanway or nothing(I chose nothing).

Before ursan became so popular, I could at least go to ToA and get in a pug. There was a time earlier this year when I joined a FoW pug almost every night of the week. Usually just a group of people looking to do something more challenging and maybe get some nice loot out of it. There was no concern with "beating" the area to get a chest to spawn. With ursanway, everything else is sacrificed for the sake of getting to the reward chest as fast as possible. In its current state, the FoW is just a glorified chest run and anyone not interested in that run isn't welcome there.

Then theres also so many ppl on here supposedly also that dont like UB so you can grab them. or make your own non UB group. I hear that does wonders too but that could be a myth.

I think they are here and not in the game because they gave up on finding a group. An hour+ in ToA several evenings in a row, and only finding 1-2 people doesn't leave me with much hope either. Maybe tomorrow's changes will lure some back into the game.

Its something they need to change with PvE itself, its not just ursan thats c+space, you can do everything in PvE using just c+space.

You know theres something wrong with the game when the entire user input is 2 key presses per minute.

I did all my vanquishing by targetting onto the closest mob and charging in then tabbing out and going back to Mass Effect or watching a movie leaving the hench to do the work, after doing some vanquish runs with friends and actually having to play through and use skills im shocked that people can actually do it without losing interest in the game completely or falling asleep.

Confirmed that it's coming this week:

"I am planning to do this, but I think QA will kill me if I try to slip anything else in this weeks build. - Image:User Linsey Murdock sig.jpgLinsey talk 19:43, 5 August 2008 (UTC) "

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User_...is_responsible

So it's no longer a should, but a will.

I saw that last night. I also saw: "The GW1 live team has been extremely busy working on the massive game update due out later this week." http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User:...naobra/Journal

It's quite exciting!

Posted August 05 in her Journal on the wiki.

Edit: DarkWasp beat me on posting the latter part of her post ^_^

Yes! I know!

I think this time we're in for five times the bug fixes, five times the hero skill usage changes, and maybe twice the random buffs/nerfs! I can't wait!

See, that's what I bet will happen tho I want to be wrong...

I understand a number of people have heard what a few of the (rumored) changes will be (through various channels like talking directly to Izzy, devs on IRC, etc).

I've heard about a couple, like drastic changes to VoD (NPCs not walking) and other random elite changes (Hundred Blades being unblockable). Has anyone else here heard of other possible changes?

I had a friend who had this exact problem last night. Went to Kamadan to buy some mods but no one was selling them.

In some ways I think it is related to hardcore farmers but also hardcore traders leaving the game. I don’t know how much of it is rage quitting but I would guess the majority of it is just because the latest release (GW:EN) was over a year ago. Last part nailed me, right now the the only thing I am selling is left over that I am not using on my character or my heroes (I have ten character and 180+ heroes) and it is going to be while before I sell anything. I even started customizing stuff so people would stop trying to buy my heroes equipment.

I don´t like the idea of Izzy telling a select few people skill changes before they are released.
